Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and explains, in more detail, what you and anyone you authorize may not do with SOCIAL DM AI SYSTEM.
Effective date: September 1, 2026
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to every workspace member, integration, and connected Instagram account used with the service, and to every message, business-knowledge entry, or other content submitted through it.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party's rights;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive offers, or content that violates Meta's or Instagram's messaging, commerce, or platform policies, including their messaging-window and permitted-use rules;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or discriminate against any person;
- impersonate a person or business, or connect an Instagram account you are not authorized to administer;
- upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces, or connected accounts;
- probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits, security controls, or human-takeover controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or extract the service's software, prompts, or underlying data except where law expressly permits;
- collect, request, or infer sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs, precise real-time location, and similar) from Instagram users without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
- configure business knowledge, prices, or instructions intended to mislead customers, make unauthorized regulated claims (medical, legal, financial, or similar), or facilitate an illegal transaction; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to a third party without authorization.
3. Responsible use of AI replies
AI-generated replies act on the business knowledge, instructions, and configuration you provide. You are responsible for keeping that configuration accurate, for reviewing automated behavior where the context calls for it, and for using human takeover when a conversation needs it. Do not configure the service to generate discriminatory, deceptive, or professionally-regulated advice it is not qualified or authorized to give.
4. Staying compliant with Meta and Instagram
Continued use of Instagram messaging through this service depends on your own compliance with Meta's and Instagram's platform terms and policies. A violation of Meta's or Instagram's policies through your use of the service is also a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, and Meta's enforcement action against your connected account may independently limit or end your ability to use the service.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action as described in the Terms of Service, including warning, limiting, suspending, or terminating access, with notice where practical. Serious or repeated violations, legal risk, or a Meta/Instagram platform restriction may result in immediate action without prior notice.
6. Reporting a violation
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, contact us through the support contact provided to your business account.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable platform rules change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date.
